1. Do you support the serial number reading on the LCD screen?

Yes, when the machine is idle, press 5/s/n key, It will switch on or off the serial number display. When it display "S/N" in the LCD,
the function is on. under batch,only for number. When S/N is on, after counting, press DISPLAY key, then press S/N key.
serial number of the whole counted notes will be shown in the LCD.

2.Can I print the serial number? 
Yes.

3. Can I use any printers to print the serial number?
No. since the port of a regular printer is different of our dedicated printer. You can purchase our matching printer along with the machine. Our engineers will set up the connection for both the printer and the money counter/detector before shipment, and only proceed after thorough testing.

4. How can I printer the serial number with the printer?
Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the money counter and that's power is turned on. When the money counter is idle, press 6/PRINT key. 

5. How many types of currency can be verified?
You can freely choose from 4 common currencies such as US dollars, Euros, British pounds, Japanese yen, Chinese Yuan, etc. If you add additional currencies, please consult our sales team as adding currencies incurs a fee, it is necessary to confirm whether our system supports verification of the currency required by the customer.

6. What if our currency has a new version and the machine cannot recognize it?
Don't worry. Just tell your salesperson. Our engineer will update the database and send you the updated data zip file. You just need to copy it to a USB drive, connect it to your money counter/detector, and update the system. After the update is complete, you will see a prompt on the screen.
